About Us
Our History:
Central Faith CDC is a vision turned reality for faithful followers at Central United Methodist Church. When the founding members of Central built on the hill, they had but a few children, yet they envisioned a day when our classrooms and halls would roar with the laughter of children. Our ministry to children and their families has been very blessed and now includes a full time child development center that houses nearly 400 preschool and after-school children.
Our Teaching Curriculum:
A combination of curriculum's that offer the children a child orientated environment, positive discipline techniques and stress free learning. The program teaches the children independence, self control, confidence and basic Christian principals, values, and morals. While the school is a ministry of Central United Methodist Church, we do not promote any specific church doctrine.
Our Program:
Our child care program offers low child teacher ratios, snacks served in the afternoons, and nutritious well balanced lunches served daily. We have planned weekly activities in all classrooms. We have a professional career minded staff with on going staff development programs.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide a child centered educational program that will honor God in a high quality Christian based environment that will benefit both our children and our parents.
